Terms & Conditions
These terms govern bookings made with us. Please read them before you book; a confirmed booking or deposit payment means you accept them.
1. Who you are booking with
All tours and services are provided by TripPlay GmbH (trading as "TripPlay"), registered in Germany (HRB 12345 B, Amtsgericht Berlin-Charlottenburg). "We"/"us" means TripPlay GmbH; "you" means the person making the booking on behalf of all travellers named in it.
2. Booking & your contract
Submitting a booking request creates a lead for manual follow-up, not a confirmed contract. A contract is formed only when we confirm your booking in writing and you accept the final quote or deposit instructions. You are responsible for the accuracy of the names, dates and details you provide.
3. Prices & currency
Prices are set in EUR and settled in EUR at checkout. Other currencies shown on the site are indicative conversions for your convenience and may vary with exchange rates. The price confirmed at booking is the price that applies.
4. Payment & deposit
Online payment is currently not enabled. We will review your booking request, confirm availability and send the final quote with deposit instructions. A 20% deposit normally secures the booking once the quote is accepted.
5. Changes & cancellations
Plans change. Here is exactly how cancellations work. The cancellation tiers shown during booking and in your confirmation apply. To change or cancel, contact us as early as possible at [email protected].
6. Your responsibilities
7. Changes by us
Occasionally we must change an itinerary for reasons such as weather, safety or supplier availability. We will always offer the nearest equivalent experience and tell you as soon as we can. If we make a significant change before departure, you may accept it or cancel for a refund of payments for the unfulfilled portion.
8. Liability
We take reasonable care in arranging your trip and are liable for the proper performance of the services we contract to provide, subject to limits permitted by applicable law and the EU Package Travel Directive. We are not liable for events outside our reasonable control (force majeure) or for services you arrange independently.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction; see also our Imprint for online dispute resolution.
10. Contact
